1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

You may only use LeadSync for lawful business purposes related to lead management, automation, and customer relationship management. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

4. Payments & Billing

LeadSync is offered as a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled prior to the renewal date

• Our right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

• No refunds for partial billing periods upon cancellation

5. Data Usage

LeadSync processes lead data for the purposes of:

• Lead routing and distribution

• AI-powered conversation automation

• Analytics and reporting

• CRM synchronization and integration

You retain ownership of all data you input into LeadSync.

6. Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts

• Use the service to transmit malicious code or harmful content

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Real Assist Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to LeadSync. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LeadSync are owned by Real Assist Agents and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of LeadSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
